About Cottage Grove Storage, LLC

Cottage Grove Storage is owned by my brother, Curt, and me, AJ Regali.

Our family moved to Cottage Grove in the early 1970s at the same time our father, Bill Regali, opened the doors of  American Structures General, Inc. (ASG). One of the first general contracting companies to specialize in the construction of steel commercial buildings.

As teenagers Curt and I would do various odd jobs for ASG throughout the summer months.  We learned the value of hard work and the importance of giving 100% to even seemingly menial tasks ... like cleaning up job sites at the end of each day.

Among the buildings erected by ASG are several of the mini-warehouse units you see throughout the Dane County area. We saw first-hand the many benefits a self storage business brings to communities, families, individuals and businesses. Ultimately, the decision to construct and manage mini warehouses within our own communities was an easy one.

We are honored to have this opportunity to offer Cottage Grove businesses, individuals and families convenient access to secure, clean, climate controlled and regular storage units.
